Job Title: D&IT, Senior Staff Engineer, HRIS SAP SuccessFactors

Location: Pune, India

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Engineer – SAP SuccessFactors to support, enhance, and optimize our HR technology landscape. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, maintenance, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay and related modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in SuccessFactors, hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS & IPS), Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, integrations, release testing, and data management. This position will partner closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and efficient HR systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:

• Employee Central
• Compensation
• Variable Pay and Other related SuccessFactors modules
• Manage and support SuccessFactors integrations with internal and external systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for SuccessFactors and related applications.
• Support and manage SAP Cloud Identity Services, including:
• Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
• Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)
• Perform data loads, data validation, and troubleshooting within SuccessFactors.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute release testing for SuccessFactors quarterly releases and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and best practices across the HRIS environment.
• Stay current with SuccessFactors product updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
• 5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent Management, Learning, and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS & IPS).
• Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Experience with SuccessFactors data loads and data management activities.
• Experience with release testing, regression testing, and production support.
• At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification in a relevant module.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Accenture Document Composer.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience working on SAP SucceesFactors implementations.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices across talent, compensation, learning, and core HR.

Experience

• 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience implementing cloud HR systems or SAP HCM.
• Preference for candidates with deeper experience in SuccessFactors administration, integrations, identity management, and module configuration.
