Responsible for overall unit talent management. Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Directly participates in establishing and administering many centralized functional projects. Directs efforts to improve overall unit effectiveness. Exerts influence in the development of overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
Responsibility
- Performs a variety of commercial operations and administrative functions in support of the sales force, such as establishing sales territories, channel develop and management, monitoring sales efforts, forecast, quotation, price tracking and analysis. Provide regular report and review with DCBU China director
- Work closely with each local regional sales leader and biz ops team on distribution channel development and management
- Responsible for APAC Data center, carrier network pricing. And work closely with PLM team on special price approval via tender review process
- Work closely with customer service and MFG team on forecast and on-time delivery
- Develop channel management and pricing strategy
- Participates in the performance evaluations, measures trends, efficiencies, effectiveness, and resource allocation.
- Assignments are received in task and objective oriented terms.
- Provides direction to subordinates based on general policies and management guidance.
- Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
- Interprets and executes policies and procedures that typically affect subordinate organizational units.
- Recommends modifications to operating policies.
- Accomplishes results through lower level subordinate supervisors or through experienced employees who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
- Often heads a centralized functional activity.
- Functions as an advisor to a unit regarding tasks, projects, and operations.
- Becomes actively involved in daily operations only when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems.
- Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Frequent contacts with internal personnel and outside customer representatives at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling of specific phases of projects or contracts.
- Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in sales support, commercial operations, pricing, or other relevant management functions, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing support processes, including sales territory planning, sales activity monitoring, budget preparation, and budget control.
- Proven ability to participate in performance evaluation processes and assess trends, efficiency, effectiveness, and resource allocation to support business improvement.
