What is your role?

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain relationship with strategic customers by ensuring high levels of customer service, delivery performance, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align customer demand with supply capabilities, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

• Lead customer order management activities, monitor fulfillment performance, and proactively drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery commitments.

• Partner with customers, commercial teams, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations to align forecasts, demand planning, inventory strategies, and production schedules.

• Support new product introductions (NPI), product transitions, inventory optimization initiatives, and customer-specific supply chain projects.

• Track, analyze, and communicate customer performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and business growth objectives.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Strong experience using SAP, particularly in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Supply Chain processes.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and organizations.

• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS or ISM certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, C.P.M., or A.P.P.

• Experience supporting forecasting, SIOP/S&OP processes, inventory management, and new product introductions (NPI).

• Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
