  • Labor conflicts resolutions
  • Assist Human Resources Manager/HR Superintendent in clerical functions when required.
  • Give orientation to new hires about CCS internal rules.                                                                  

List the two most complex decisions indicative of this function and its impact to the function, department and/or corporation.

  •  Labor conflicts resolutions.
  • Make sure employees get their correct payment on time.                                                                      

                       

Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.

 

  Education.

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent                                                

       B. Work Experience.

  •  3-5 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Labor issues experience                                        

  Additional Skills.

  • English required.
  • Act as team member, leader and facilitator.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple, complex tasks and complete all tasks on time every time.
  • Demonstrate PC skills using Software packages.
  • Able to communicate to all levels.
  • Excellent presentation.                                          

      

 Extraordinary Activities.

Contribute and participate in Internal and External Audits in department, as well as being responsible for the good results of such.

    Some examples of Audits are: ISO, TL, 5's, Safety, Sarbox, among others.
