Supply Chain Analyst - Monterrey
Role Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for implement the strategies and solutions for supply chain based on the analysis of business goals, customer needs and existing system infrastructure and process capability. This role works in close collaboration with multiple teams such as regional planning, plant planners/buyers, logistics and operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Elaborate analysis and provide summaries for capacity, cost, quality, customer needs, service metrics or any other topic related to SC as needed
- Support on the developing of tools, systems and/or processes that enable to assess Americas’ SC current performance and help to easily identify main challenges and implement improvements
- Creating, tracking, monitoring, and reporting consistent metrics to ensure effective execution of the manufacturing strategy
- Support the execution of strategy projects (ex: cost reduction, capacity expansion, E2E Lean, etc.) consistent with and in support of the regional business strategies
- Support the roadmap to achieve the regional and local initiatives and ensure SC has the processes, systems, tools, and information to monitor their performance and anticipate future requirements
- Facilitate timely and effectively SC’s communication, and ensure a good information flow across internal and external business partners to support all customers’ needs
- Lead efforts across functions on customer’s escalations to ensure execution of actions needed (such as: expedite material, look for alternative parts, increase output, etc.) To satisfy customer expectations and provide an answer in timely manner
Requirements (minimum required for consideration)
- Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain, Business, or technical field)
- Minimum of 1 year in Supply chain
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Desired
- Experience in project management
- Supply chain APICS Certification (CPIM, CSPC)
- Lean and/or Six Signa Certification
- SAP Experience
