What is your role?

The Product Line Specialist supports the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value. This role serves as a critical link between commercial, manufacturing, technology, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management and market competitiveness.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

• Work with the Product Line Manager (PLM) and Product Team members to execute product life-cycle management strategy
• Work with the PLM to contribute to the development of both long- and short-term business strategies to maximize profitability and achieve growth
• Champion new product development and timely release through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Market Development, Technology and Manufacturing Operations
• Collaborate with global counterparts to drive product strategies
• Understand the competitive environment and devise plans to differentiate and counteract
• Interpret market demand and provide forecast input for capacity planning
• Provide technical support to develop product literature and promotional brochures
• Support key day-to-day activities for various markets
• Formulate value propositions with commercial team to position against the competition
• Influence supply-chain and procurement to deliver best cost and service
• Provide product training and support to the Customer Representative (CSR) organization
• Assist in resolving product, quality, and service issues while balancing customer needs
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and costs
• Collect and distribute specialized reports and key product line metrics for analysis
• Occasional international travel.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (required).
• 2–5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, commercial, or related business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market, operational, and financial data.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• MBA or advanced business education preferred.
