Finishing Process Engineer

 Job Description

·       Work on finishing attribute improvement, finishing line rebuild and new line start-up projects

·       Lead process change for finishing attribute improvement in Division-wide.

·       Define/refine base case of finishing attributes for process optimization improvement

·       Review and analyze process data, performance, product data and respond to the result.

·       Plan, execute and document experimental design

·       Engage in early stage developments from Research and Development group for fundamental understanding and attribute improvement

Education & Experience

BS Engineering degree or equivalent experience

1. Experiment design and data analysis skill

3. Teamwork and communication skill

4. Ability to work in different regions

5. English communication in written and verbal

Desired Skills

1. Understanding of equipment mechanical and control

2. Experience in DMAIC methodology and 6-sigma project.

3. Use simple statistical tools and Designed Experiments (DOE) in process problem solving.
